The Directorate headed by the Director General is the permanent executive and administrative body of Intersputnik. The Directorate ensures the functioning of the Organization, the operation of the Intersputnik space segments, and the establishment and maintenance of friendly and economically mutually beneficial relations within the Organization.

The Auditing Commission, comprising three members elected from the citizens of the Member Countries of the Organization, is responsible for overseeing Intersputnik financial activities.
